Responsibilities

Hands-on leader who will deliver a high-quality product produced cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time.

Manage the plant’s daily operations and employees
Directly supervise the Engineering Dept, Shop Foreman, and Inventory dept
Ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner and proper inventory
Ensure jobs are manufactured minimum 3 days before install
Conduct daily quality control checks of completed jobs, and enforce standards.
Coordinate closely with Installation and Sales Manager
Schedule production and installation schedules to meet deadlines.
Understand company product lines, equipment, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
Interact with sales staff to review designs as defined by the owner.
Ensure factory equipment is regularly maintained and minimum downtime.
Produce daily cut lists.
Forecast production requirements and maintain necessary inventory levels.

Requirements

Prior supervisory experience with hiring responsibilities
Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields (32mm systems a plus)
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Cabinet Vision design software or another similiar software
Excellent computer skills
Strong Leadership ability
Prior Military experience a plus.
